I have had an awful experience with Mobile Roadie. … Their customer service is atrocious. It is clear this is not a customer-based culture. I have had numerous experiences in which a key feature of app service simply isn’t working, and have had to escalate and CC everyone at the company, only to get an unhelpful response much too late. Whether it is a counter-intuitive app-creation tool, severe lack of documentation or utterly poor customer-communication experience in which apps were pulled from Google Play, Mobile Roadie has left me in its garbage heap when I needed them the most. …. Maybe Mobile Roadie treats customers like Taylor Swift well, but certainly not “little guys” like me.
