If you are looking for a good email hosting service to go with, then Mailcheap is definitely a worthy option to consider. This is especially more so for large companies that require a large number of users and domains because Mailcheap allows for an unlimited number for each without any additional cost to the monthly subscription. They may not yet offer a mobile app for their platform but they do provide excellent email hosting features. These include: security and protection measures, vast storage options and collaboration features, among many others. The whole idea behind the service is to get good service; yet now we receive no service.

Mailcheap is not user friendly at all. After setup, they barely provide any service or support, they will answer questions, but nothing beyond that. You will be required to pay for a higher level service to get them to help at all. All my emails ended up in SPAM, and no matter how much we tried with DKIM signatures and stuff, emails wouldn’t be cleared from Spam. And we haven’t even started using the service. (It’s another thing if your emails go to Spam because you are sending out spam mail.) i don’t recommend this service. I eventually found a much better option at a better price for my Magento store emails and it was much much much easier to setup. Due to a website error on our part, our emails were marked as Spam, and the tech support asked us to fix the issue. After that, they switched out our IPs and email was working as normal again.
