You can also find a variety of frame shapes like aviator, cat eye, oversized, round, shield, wayfarer, and wrap. You can also filter them by frame type, price, and size. You can find sunglasses for both men and women, and children as well. Prices range from under $99 to several hundreds of dollars, so you can definitely find an eyewear that fits your budget.
As for contact lenses, their top brands include: Acuvue, Air Optix, Avaira, Bausch & Lomb, Biofinity, Biomedics, Biotrue, Clariti 1 Day, ClearSight, CooperVision, Dailies, Extreme H2O, Frequency, Proclear, and SoftLens. They also house a handful of manufacturers like Alcon, Bausch & Lomb, Hydrogel Vision, and Johnson and Johnson. You can filter the contact lens by wear duration, like daily, weekly, or monthly wear; focal or bifocal, and those that are colored. Prices vary from $26.99 to a little under a hundred dollars.
A quick note regarding contact lens purchase: you need to have a valid prescription in order to buy contact lenses, even those for fashion purposes only, as the federal law dictates. You can send them your doctor or prescriber’s contact information, or send an image of the prescription after you’ve placed your order.
EZContacts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. As previously mentioned, they only deliver to the US and Canada.
No Worries About Prescription
If you have a specific prescription for your eyeglasses, you can indicate the details when ordering so that they can be fitted. Prescription types include those for distance, reading, and progressive or bifocal lenses. You will indicate the sphere, cylinder, and axis for each eye, pupillary distance, and prism correction (with an additional fee $24.99). Meanwhile, for contact lenses, you just have to indicate the power, sphere, and axis for both eyes.
You can indicate any additional information for eyeglasses within the prescription details section, and if you are having trouble, you can initiate a live chat session with one of their opticians. Their opticians are only available during operating hours though, but you can still send them an email during their off hours.
EZContacts Shipping and Refund
All orders placed before 2PM EST are processed on the same day, in stock eye wear and contact lenses ship out within 1 to 2 days, while custom eyeglasses and sunglasses take around 3 to 5 business days to be made, which then reaches their warehouse after a day or two. There are cases of delays in fulfilling the order due to either inventory or courier issues. Some customers reported waiting up to a month for their package. In these cases, you can contact their support team and have them sort out the problem.
They offer 100% full refunds, meaning you won’t pay for any restocking fee should you return a purchased item. Returns and exchanges can be done within 30 days of the delivery date. Frames must be in their original packaging with all inserts and accessories, while contact lenses must also be unopened and unmarked. The latter can also be exchanged after 30 days, although a $3 restocking fee per box will apply, and the items must have an a minimum expiration date of 2 years when returned. They also offer seasonal extended returns, where the return policy is extended to 60 days. This usually happens during the holiday season.
EZContacts Customer Service
EZContacts has an informative customer care section where you can find their FAQ, shipping and handling process, and return and exchange policy. You can also contact their team via live chat, phone, or email. Their business hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM EST from Mondays to Thursdays, and 9 AM to 1 PM EST during Fridays.

EZContacts Review 2020 – Conclusion
It is pretty clear that EZContacts is a great shop for all kinds of eyewear with a wide variety of brands and prices. They offer both eyeglasses and sunglasses, and contact lenses, both for corrective and fashion purposes. They provide a simple shopping experience, and accept prescription details and other other customization for frames and lenses. They also provide the full amount in cases of refunds, contrast to applying a restocking fee like in other competitors. There are some complaints of delivery delays and other issues, but it seems that their support team tries their best to keep all transactions as smooth as possible. They are also able to deliver only within the US and Canada. While not perfect, EZContacts is still a great online shop to conveniently purchase all your eyewear needs.

They’re an unbelievable fraud. They never shipped the contacts. Then when I contact them they said they would send them–all confirmed on email. They never sent them again. Again contacted them via email. Again they said sorry and said they would send, then never sent the contacts. When I finally disputed it with my credit card company they couldn’t do anything because they said it had been more than two months since I placed my order– the company seems to have deliberately strung out my complaint to avoid dealing with a lost shipment and to push things past the time I could dispute the credit card charge.
