For more than a decade, AskNow has been providing psychic reading services to anyone who seeks out guidance and insights from people who are practicing psychic arts. AskNow has 3 tiers classifying their advisors, with the customer’s needs and budget taken into consideration. The whole registration process is easy and can be done in minutes, and they even have an introductory offer for those who’ll be using their platform for the first time. Strict Screening Process: AskNow’s screening process is conducted by their Master Psychic Managers, and involves tests and interviews where only a fraction of applicants are able to pass.
Appointment Scheduling: If your psychic advisor is currently engaged, you can schedule a callback request, where you can set an exact time of call, or be queued when they become available.
Website is Easy to Navigate: AskNow may not have the most updated design, but it does put the user first when it comes to layout. All the essentials are laid out at the main menu placed at the top and center of the page, while a link for customer support articles and guides lies at the bottom.

Cons

Limited Filtering Tools: While AskNow has dozens of psychic advisors, you may have a bit of a hard time finding your most ideal readers from the search page. Their filtering tools are not that comprehensive compared to other psychic reading services- you can only filter by availability, reading type, advisor type and price, and category.
Only Credit Cards are Accepted: You can only use major credit cards as a form of payment in AskNow- they do not accept debit cards, money transfers, or even PayPal.
No Refunds: Another drawback in using AskNow’s service is that they don’t allow refunds for unsatisfied customers. They will only credit back 5 minutes for you to find a more suitable advisor.

Registration and Ease of Use

Creating an account is fast and easy- you just need to enter you name, email address, birthdate, chosen username and password, and you’re all set. Unfortunately, you can’t simply link your social media account for faster registration, so you’ll have to enter these details manually. You also need to give your phone number and payment details (credit card number and billing address) upfront, although you won’t be charged with anything just yet.

Each psychic advisor’s quick profile contains their rate, specialization, languages, credentials, years of experience, and zodiac sign. Meanwhile, the full profile shows their schedule for the specific date, extension number, total number of readings, credentials, background, reviews, and ratings.

AskNow only accepts major credit cards for payment- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. This is quite limiting considering other competitors accept other methods like debit cards, money transfers, and PayPal.

The website is a breeze to navigate, the process is pretty straight-forward, psychic advisor callbacks can be scheduled, and a satisfaction guarantee allows you to find a better advisor if the current one isn’t up to your needs. The service has some limitations though: they only accept credit cards, the advisor search page could use a lot more filtering tools, and there are no refunds offered for unsatisfactory sessions. But overall, AskNow provides a smooth experience for customers, and their psychic readers are certified by the master advisors, so the risk of scammers lurking in their list is minimal.
