To create an account, you can either use your email address or Facebook account as your log-in details. You can also use a screen name that your psychic will see every time there is a reading session. You don’t need to enter your contact and payment details just yet; you can do so later on. They accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. You can also opt to activate refills, where funds will automatically added to your account before it hits zero balance, depending on the number of minutes that you set.

Curiously, they’ve placed that together with the service center link at the very bottom of the page; it would’ve been more user-friendly if these were at the top.
The psychic reader search page doesn’t do much justice either; aside from the search tool bar, the only other tool you have is to sort by highest rank, new psychics, lowest and highest price, and psychics with rates less than $4 and $7. There are no filtering tools whatsoever, the alternative for this is having a specific type of psychic in mind, choosing it from the main menu, and browsing the advisors from there. You do have the option to hide the advisors currently engaged in a session, but it can’t really compensate for decent filtering tools.
Each psychic’s quick profile view shows their expertise, price, rating, and number of reviews. You can also see the first few words of their description. Clicking on the thumbnail will show their complete profile, where you can find their languages spoken, other specialties, experience and qualification, additional personal information, and customer reviews. You also have the option to tag a psychic advisor as your favorite, and they will automatically show in your account for easier access.
Psychic Screening Process
Not much is known about Kasamba’s screening process, or if there even is one. A quick search in their support section shows reasons why a psychic advisor’s listing request gets rejected. Non-matching screen name, brief listing description, spelling and grammar errors, posting of personal contact information, inappropriate HTML tags, and external site links are all grounds for rejected listing, but there is nothing about gauging a psychic’s authenticity, abilities, and communication style. Other psychic reading service ensures that only applicants practicing legitimate psychic arts are admitted into their listing. Kasamba also makes it clear that the psychic readers listed in their pages are not employees or representatives of their company, further distancing themselves from responsibilities.
Communication Channels
Kasamba opens 3 ways to contact their psychic advisors- via live chat, phone call, and email. The main advantage of live chat and email messaging is that you’ll have a record of the session- you can re-read the conversation anytime you want from your account. Moreover, for live chat conversations, real-time typing allows you to see the psychics responses as he or she is typing, allowing for more transparency. Meanwhile, if you don’t want any written record of the session, then you can opt to call your psychic instead. They don’t have a video call option though, so you’d have to settle with the available options.

Pricing and Special Offers
Kasamba has an introductory offer where the first 3 minutes of your session is free, whether by live chat or phone call. You do need to enter your billing information prior to availing the offer, but rest assured that you’ll only be billed after 3 minutes. There are no session packages with a set minutes unlike in other psychic services. Regular rates range from $1.99 for the less popular and newer psychics to $29.99 for highly rated and experienced advisors.
They also allow for refund requests for up to $50, as long as the request is sent within 7 days of the session. They reserve the right to grant full and partial refund, as well as deny it completely as they see fit.
Customer Service
Kasamba’s knowledge base is full of entries which sheds more light about their service and processes. If you want to talk to a support representative, you can submit a support ticket, and they will respond at the soonest time possible. They don’t have live chat or phone support though, which could’ve been a lot more efficient and convenient, but they are able to resolve concerns perfectly through the existing system. Kasamba has the makings of a great psychic reading service- too bad it’s just not there yet. While they have multiple contact channels and highly affordable psychic advisors in their plate, everything else seems to fall a bit short against the competition. The website’s layout is outdated, navigation can be a pain at times, there’s no way to filter the advisor search page, and there is no clear screening process; all elements which are present and organized in other psychic services. There are definitely better options, but if these things don’t really matter to you, then Kasamba should give you a fairly average experience.
