AliExpress is part of the Alibaba group of companies and is also featured on the Alibaba website. They were founded in 2009 as a marketplace that offers products at wholesale or factory prices. Most of their services are like Alibaba except for the minimum amount per order, manner of shipping and location of suppliers.

If you are looking for an online shopping site that has all your shopping needs, AliExpress may just be the right place for you. You do not need to be a retailer as they offer low volume purchases. AliExpress Buyers Protection

Since AliExpress, much like Alibaba has been exposed to many negative reviews from bad transactions. They have made an effort to solve this with their Buyer Protection Program. This program is open to all people shopping on AliExpress as they are guaranteed a full refund if their order is not received. If the item they do receive is not as described, customers have the option to get a full refund and return the item, or get a partial refund should you choose to keep the item.

Customers can avail of buyer protection easily as they would just need to contact the seller and resolve things with them. If this does not work, customer can open a dispute with AliExpress directly to get a refund of their payment.

Today’s Deals

As mentioned earlier, AliExpress offers a section on their website called Today’s Deals. In this section, AliExpress showcases different items at lowered prices. The item is only available for the day so you have to act quickly if you want to purchase it. Along with the time limit, there is also a limited number of each item that is offered so there is also a chance of it running out even before the day is up. It is a good to check in on this section of AliExpress every day to see what different deals you can avail of.

Customer support with AliExpress is much like what is offered by Alibaba as they are practically the same company. You can access the help center section on the AliExpress website and talk with a 24 hour automated chat for any of your concerns. You can also select the department you wish to contact for a list of FAQs to help you. Should the FAQs not be enough to resolve your issue, you can choose the online option from the FAQ section to connect instantly to AliExpress’ automated response chat service.
