Pricing and Features

Intercall has 2 subscription plans to choose from: the $25 and the $39 plans. For $25 per month, the video streaming software can accommodate up to 10 participants, while the $39 per month allows a maximum of 25 participants. Both includes online collaboration features, free mobile application download, VoIP, a dedicated dial-in number, Microsoft Outlook integration (for scheduling meetings and sending out invitations), and a toll-free dial-in number for only 5 cents per minute per participant.

Sometimes, not everything is set-up for your conference, and participants have already started to come in. You can have them stay in custom meeting rooms, where you can put a personal message that each waiting attendee will see while waiting for the actual conference to start. You can also give them information that the meeting will be starting shortly, or get them prepared for whatever materials are needed on their part so the meeting goes smoothly and flawlessly. Finally, you can also customize the message for each waiting room so it can be different for colleagues and other attendees you have.

As previously mentioned, Intercall also has a pay-per-use service. It costs 17 cents per minute per attendee, and can accommodate up to 125 participants. All of the features are included in this service, which means you can send invitations in Outlook, download the mobile app, have your own dial-in number. The only difference is that you aren’t tied down for a monthly subscription.

Customer Support

Despite missing a FAQ page, Intercall has multiple ways to get you connected to their customer support team. You can reach them via live chat, phone call, or email. They have a different line for sales inquiries and technical concerns, so be sure to get the right contact number. Moreover, you can follow them on Facebook and Twitter.

Social Media Integration

Why spend time filling-out every single information about yourself in creating an account, when you can simply integrate your Facebook or LinkedIn account to your Intercall profile? Time is of the essence especially in the business world. You can let the little details be automatically filled out so that you can focus on the more important aspect of using the software, such as scheduling meetings, sending out invitations, and planning for the big event. With social media integration, you will be ready to start using the program in just a few clicks here and there, so what are you waiting for?
