Easy Interface – WebEden makes it easy for anyone to make their own websites, from the many available templates to give your website a jump start to a very easy drag-and-drop functionality. You can literally just select the feature you want for your web page and drag it onto exactly where you would like it to appear on the page. Editing is also easy, for example switching an image gallery window with a text box would just mean clicking on of them then dragging and dropping them onto the new location you would like.

Poor Customer Support – Customer Support is less than desirable with WebEden as they only offer a Forum where users can ask questions and get answers from other users or hopefully from WebEden. They also offer email support much like other similar website builders where you would write down your inquiry and leave your contact details the wait for a WebEden representative to get back to you (and we all know how long those could take). In fact numerous complaints have been made regarding the response time of WebEden’s customer support.

Let’s face it, cost is the number one concern of most companies and even people when comparing products that we sometimes forget to measure the value for our money. Certain products may seem cheaper than others but you may end up getting even less than what you paid for, likewise, expensive products do not always mean the best.
