LifeLock is proud of the level of customer support they provide with their 24x7x365 US-based support representatives. You can call the local toll-free number or international hotline number as well as fax in and mail your concerns. They also offer email support and many self-help options on their member’s portal as well as a way to connect to support representatives right in your account.

LifeLock Wallet

The LifeLock wallet is a mobile app provided by LifeLock for free on both Android and iOS powered devices. It offers free cloud storage for all your cards – IDs, insurance, loyalty cards, payment cards and more – and access to them right on your mobile device. It also offers access to LifeLock identity protection alerts and the other LifeLock services right on your mobile device so you can always check or be notified of any fraudulent activity.

LifeLock Wallet also offers a quick way to cancel and replace lost or stolen credit cards, debit cards, ATM cards, driver’s licenses and other cards so you don’t have to worry and you can get back to living your life.

Notifications and updates, meanwhile, are also right in the palm of your hand. You can respond to alerts from transactions by simply clicking Yes or No on the app and you can even use the in-app help to contact LifeLock Member support.
