Billbooks’ pricing model is designed for users to have a pay as you go experience, meaning you do not have to subscribe to a full month to be able to enjoy their services. Ease of Use

Billbooks enables four keyboard shortcuts so you can easily access their pages. I will open an invoice creation, E for estimates, C for clients and X for expenses. They also have a quick count of the contents of each page at the sidebar. For example, under Invoices, you can see how many drafts, pending, closed, disputed, and recurring invoices are in your account. Under Estimates, you can see the count of drafts and sent items. Also at the sidebar, you can see the reports that can be generated in the system, like profit and loss, invoices, item sales, expenses, collections, outstanding, and tax summary. Creating a new invoice is easy. You can enter the typical details like invoice number, PO number, date, client, and invoice title. You can then enter the item name, description, quantity, and amount, plus the tax applicable. There are buttons to add new lines, new items, and new tax. File attachments can be made for a maximum of 5 MB. You can also add notes and your terms and conditions. Saving the draft is always a wise decision, so you can have templates in case of the need for a second billing for the same client.
