Classic includes sending invoices up to 100 clients, 100 recurring profiles, 15 auto billing recurring profiles, and up to 5 additional staff accounts. It costs $19.95 per month. Their best seller, the Business package, packs unlimited slots for clients and recurring profiles, while offering 100 auto billing recurring profiles and 10 additional staff accounts. Lastly, their Infinite program posts no limit for all of these features. Keep in mind that all of these packages include unlimited invoices, estimates, projects, timesheets, tsl security and data backups. Renewal of subscription with Invoicera can be done monthly, semi-annually, and annually. You can change your plan for an upgrade or downgrade anytime during your subscription.
Aside from billing and invoice services, Invoicera also offers other accounting services like expense tracking, estimation of costs, payment reports, tax reports, and profit and loss statements. It also has project management features like task monitoring, logging of project worktime, and team timesheet reports. All of these can be integrated into the invoice generation to reflect specific details of the transaction.
Ease of Use
Using Invoicera is actually quite easy even for individuals with non-accounting background. Most of the fields in invoice creation offers a drop down list where you can choose the specific detail (client, staff name, payment terms, and product/service availed). The details can be created and added to your account so you can simply click on them for the next batch. You can also save tax percentages and choose them from the drop-down list and it will be automatically included in the computation. You can also opt to allow partial payments for the invoice, depending on you and your client’s terms. They also offer 5 different templates to choose from to bring that elegant and formal look in your invoices. As usual, terms and conditions and other notes can be added at the latter part of your invoice. You can then save the invoice as a draft or send it directly via email.
