They have 24 different products to choose from, with the prices depending on the brand and contents per pack- it ranges from €5 for Picamilon, a mixture of niacin and GABA; to €85 for Galantamine. They also offer a study/project Enhancement Stack consisting of Noopept, Modvigil, and Cerebramin good for a whole month for €99, and Cognitive Stack No. 1, which packs Cereton, Noopept, and Pinealon, also for a full month’s course, for €113.
Try Before You Go All Out
Sampler packs allow you to try out the products for a fraction of the price. For example, you can buy 10 pills of Noopept, which is enough to let you feel the intended effects of the supplement so you can better decide if it is a good fit for you. Now take note, not all of their products are available under the sample section, but since it only costs a few Euros for a pack, why not try out nootropics that you haven’t taken before?
Payment and Shipping Details
As previously mentioned, RUPharma only accepts Bitcoins and bank transfers for casual buyers. Whatever their reason is to impose such a restriction, it has a tendency to shun away customers that are not really familiar with Bitcoins and are more comfortable in using credit cards. Most of the products come from Russia, and are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from the date the order was placed. For orders within the EU, delivery is usually done within 5 to 8 days; in the UK, 8 to 13 days for regular mail and 5 to 7 working days for UK Global Priority; for the US, it’s 10 to 15 working days, and 6 to 8 working days for USPS priority mail; and 8 to 14 working days for Australia, Japan, and Malaysia. Each package comes with a tracking number, so you can check the whereabouts of your package for a good estimate of its exact delivery date.

Customer Service
You can contact RUPharma’s team by leaving a message on their website or via Facebook. They don’t have FAQ section where you can find more information about their store policies, but they do have a Payment and Shipping page. They seem to be highly responsive to questions and concerns, and they are present even on customer feedback websites to respond to customers that had less than satisfactory experience in their store. Moreover, according to some customers, they were able to request for a refund or exchange a wrong product with ease- a big plus for RUPharma.

RUPharma has a lot of things to improve on to give a complete nootropic shopping experience. First and foremost would be accepting credit cards for all customers and not just for VIPs. Revamping their website for a more modern feel, or at least a more attractive lay out, can also help. That said, the customer service that they provide seems to satisfy a lot of their customers, as seen from numerous positive feedback regarding transactions from their store. If you have Bitcoins lying around or if you plan to buy at least €500 worth of nootropics, then RUPharma may be a good place to shop for your stock.
