Based on numerous customer complaints, it seems that PlanetHippo struggles to deliver their promised 99.9% uptime promise. Combine this with the many reports of unpleasant customer support experiences, and this is one hosting provider you won’t want to put up with. It doesn’t help that the company’s hosting packages don’t come with a lot of options or features, for shared and VPS solutions alike. Simply put, PlanetHippo needs to get better – both in terms of products and service.
